Audit and Assurance Services:
This service involves auditing of your organization’s financial records in order to form an opinion on your company's financial report/statements for a given period. We render this service to all our clients: small, medium and large sized companies, partnerships and sole proprietorship businesses.
The Companies and Allied Matters Act, Cap C20 LFN of 2004, which regulates the activities of companies makes it mandatory that each company must have an external auditor to audit its financial records annually.
The firm also helps to improve clients corporate reporting and provides assurance that their systems are operating efficiently and effectively within a well-controlled environment.

Corporate Affairs Services:
The firm offers secretarial services, regulatory compliance services such as assistance with the incorporation or registration of companies in Nigeria, filing of Corporate Documents and filing of Annual Returns with the CAC.

Accounting Services:
Where the client does not maintain proper records of its transactions in a form that can enable an opinion to be expressed on its financial statements or where the client specifically requested for our services, we assist in compiling and updating the following books of accounts: General Ledger, Sales and Receivable (Debtors) Ledger, Purchases and Payable (Creditors) Ledger, Petty Cash Book, Inventory (Stock) Records and any other record that may be necessary.
Other Accounting services include: periodic preparation of financial statements together with relevant schedules; designing and installation of financial accounting and cost accounting systems; preparation and management of business cash flow projections.'m a paragraph.
